I'm wondering if any of the searchers have used persistIQ in the past? If so, I'd love to hear your opinion on it and on how it compares to other commonly used CRM tools.

This is not specific to Searchers but the CRM really is about your process and budget - if you're doing inbound vs outbound, the methodology you're using to search, etc. When we're doing outbound stuff ages ago (not search, just sales related) we liked Close.io
