Does anyone use a good CRM they are using for commercial and residential jobs for new construction and replacement for countertops and cabinets? or similar businesses?

This is a complex beast to handle it would be nice to get this business up to the digital age. But I am also apprehensive transferring over form paper to digital because it is WORKING pretty well as is and has been working for 60 years LOL. I just don't have live data on where exactly our jobs are in the entire customer journey.

Currently we are using paper drawing up the measurements via sales then passing those papers along the office/accounting for ordering the materials then to the manufacturing shop for cutting/building the countertops, Then to the scheduler for scheduling, then to the installers for delivery and installation then back to the office for accounting process.

We're using quickbooks for the billing etc. Using spreadsheets for sales commissions tracking
Microsoft Outlook Tasks for the shop to manufacture the countertops Using Microsoft Outlook calendar for installation scheduling

Just wondering what CMR's people use and if they like it and what the CRM/software covers. This may need to involve 2-4 different softwares/CRM's such as:

A design/bidding/estimation software for sales (especially the larger commercial jobs)
A CRM for lead intake, bid and follow up
A internal CRM/software to track customer orders, manufacturing/fabrication,
A scheduling software/CRM to schedule installation with the installers and the customers
