Has anyone use Miscrosoft Dynamics CRM / to package it with Teams / Office 365?

For the one that purchase before fundraising? Did you really get benefits?

Because I wanted to have a unique feature set, I built a CRM geared to manage a 15-person staff doing cold outreach in Google Sheets using Google Apps Script. I'll give it for free to anyone interested. I think that for $1,000 you could probably hire someone on Upwork to build a custom CRM in Google Sheets. Features like email integration are possible at extra cost using Zapier. I previously used Hubspot and Streak, but I don't think they could do some odd things I wanted and I also didn't want to spend $12k per year forever.

the biggest ones depending on your field are salesforce, 4 degrees, zapflow, and vanillasoft.

salesforce is most customizable.

4degrees and zapflow are very similar-for vcs/pe.

salesforce is for sales team but can be customized to compete with 4 degrees and zapflow at add'nal cost. not sure the exact extra cost. still looks discounted compared to zap and 4D. I am in the middle of onboarding myself.
