I'm finding it more of a hassle to use CRMs to organize leads especially angled towards effective follow-up. In a perfect world Id be able to look at a lead name and the column next to it would be in red indicating that its been more than 7 days since i last contacted this lead (hopefully thats a number i can tweak).

What are some good practices you've seen work when it comes to managing CRMs with Searchfunder in an effective and efficient manner, as you know you can spend hours extra organizing and adding onto your contacts instead of spending more time looking through deals and reaching out to leads.
