Hello – We are a husband and wife team planning to start a search for dental practices in the Philadelphia area. My wife is a dentist and I have been involved part-time managing operations. Today, we own a small practice in city that has grown over the past couple of years. Our goal with this search is to expand by acquiring 4-5 existing practices over the next###-###-#### months to create a new rollup dental organization with a total target EBITDA of $1-2M.
Are there any members here who can share their experience doing anything similar? We are new to searching and looking for input from this community on sources of capital we can pursue besides F&F.
