We have a substantial pipeline built out within a number of industries looking to extend our network to create an efficient deal team to work across them all. Our deals have undergone substantial initial underwriting paired with the ideal structure for Limited Partners and investors.

In addition to retaining 3rd party firms for Financial Due Diligence and Legal Due Diligence, search fund investors and SBA lenders prefer you also retain a third party firm for Customer Due Diligence.
