Make a one-pager for your employees (you can also attach a copy of it to share with prospective add-ons). List out what your company is paying for and offering, and what choices they need to make. If they are going to WAIVE, make sure you collect information on why they are waiving. Feel free to message me if you need templates. Large companies with a benefits communication strategy always do this and it is a really easy thing to scale down.
