CPA/Accounting Partner?

I’m exploring the acquisition of a bookkeeping or accounting firm and looking for a CPA or accountant who might be open to partnering up.
Quick background: I’m not an accountant myself. My background is in civil engineering consulting and real estate so I know what it takes to run a technical service business and am very excited about trying to bring real estate principles (sales, speed of service, thinking outside the box) to the accounting space. With AI on the rise I just see a lot of opportunity in the space and have been working on my thinking more and more like an AI architect to problem solve.
So what I bring to the table is the business and operational side. I’m good at seeing how the pieces fit together, identifying the next domino to push, and leading teams through change. But I keep running into the, "You're not an accountant" objection and the reality is most sellers are not forward thinking and can't see that they often have two jobs: production work, and business ownership/leadership.
My thought more and more has been to consider partnering with someone who has the credentials and loves the technical work, but could use a hand with the ownership and leadership aspects of running a technical services firm. Together, we could present a well-rounded succession team that makes sellers more comfortable and confident in the transition.
Any CPAs/accountants in this group interested in discussing a partnership?
