CPA or Tax Attorney Needed

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a CPA or tax attorney recommendation. I recently took on a CEO role at an early-stage healthcare technology company and received a restricted stock grant. I need someone who can review my equity paperwork (restricted stock purchase agreement, board consent, share surrender agreement) and confirm the structure supports Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) eligibility under SectionredactedAlso need to make sure my 83(b) election is filed correctly. My current CPA is great but doesn't work in this area. This is a one-time review, not an ongoing engagement. Time-sensitive as the 83(b) deadline is early September. I'm Durham, NC based but happy to work with someone remotely. Appreciate any referrals.
