I recently closed on a small business and would like to find a great CPA to help me with the immediate task of the post-close allocation and then also work with me to file the business taxes this year (ideally my personal taxes altogether if possible, but willing to have two separate CPAs if need be). Looking for someone who knows small business well as the bonus depreciation should be significant year one.

Congratulations Chole on closing your deal. My Firm, Prosolve CPA, works with multiple searchers post-acquisition, helping with bookkeeping, tax strategy implementation (including bonus depreciation), payroll, sales tax, and both business and personal tax filings. Happy to connect and walk you through our process and how we've supported other searchers post-acquisition.
