CPA connection

Hi everyone — I wanted to introduce myself and connect with others in the ETA / acquisition community. I’m a Texas CPA and the founder of Aurumite Technology, where I focus on helping small and mid-sized businesses build the financial infrastructure needed to grow and operate like professionally managed companies. My work typically involves cleaning up and stabilizing financials, building reporting packages and KPI dashboards, implementing internal controls, cash flow forecasting, and helping ownership teams understand the true performance of their business. I’m very interested in the acquisition space and in partnering with operators, searchers, and investors who are acquiring and growing businesses. I tend to be most useful in situations where a good business exists but financial visibility, reporting, and controls need to be built or upgraded to support growth, financing, or additional acquisitions. My background includes multi-entity environments, complex accounting areas, and building processes and reporting structures for growing companies. While I have significant experience in restaurants and hospitality, I am open to most industries including home services, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and other stable cash-flowing businesses. I’m based in Texas (licensed in Florida too) and am open to supporting on diligence, financial modeling, lender and investor reporting, and post-acquisition integration, and I’m particularly interested in long-term partnerships where I can contribute on the financial and infrastructure side as deals grow over time.
