This is really cool, CJ! I see you're a CPA - have you run into any instances where someone who isn't a CPA could have success with acquiring a firm? I'm an IT auditor, so in a very adjacent field with an opportunity to build a new vertical with a firm, but I'm not sure if putting in the work to get the CPA would be worthwhile if the only goal is to pursue an acquisition. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Also happy to connect offline to discuss as well.
