^Searchfunder member‌ the general sense from the group of speakers was that COVID will unleash many more buy opportunities. And the increase in opportunities, as well urgency, should push down the purchase prices. That said, there will likely be some difficulty with valuations short-term given the uncertainty of what actually happens in the 'new normal'. But that can be mitigated through seller earnouts.
