^redacted - What state does the company operate in? Could be licensing landmines you need to navigate before getting too deep into negotiations with the seller. These landmines are survivable, you just need to make sure you structure the deal around them. Happy to chat about this, I have done a bunch of deals in this (and very similar) industries. Hi Joseph, thanks for the comment. Yes, licensing requirement can be a headache with the SBA's key personnel rule. Luckily we've been able to hash it out ahead of time.
