Could anyone use excess dealflow?

Hey there,

It seems like I have a unique approach to searching that may be of value to others.

I'm a recovering data scientist who spent a decade consulting on over 100 projects across all functions in most industries, from startups to F500s. That put me in a unique intersection of expertise in data, technology, and business to tackle dealflow challenges.

I was really frustrated with how difficult it is to source small businesses for off-market deals in the US & Canada, so I spent the first quarter of the year optimizing my off-market dealflow by building an automated system to get dealflow at scale. Now I have an abundance of qualified leads across the US and Canada.

Now I'm spending on most of my time working on deals and am sitting on an excess of qualified leads in industries & locations I'm not interested in, and I'm not sure what to do with them. Does anybody need help with this?

Hi ^redacted‌, would be happy to connect and see what you've built and what types of leads you're getting. I'm an AI product guy myself and have been thinking about how to leverage Agents to do what you're describing so would love to compare notes and see how your results are tracking.

This has been an overwhelmingly positive response for my first post on here! I've responded to everyone in the comments and DMs-- you're all in a spreadsheet that I'll reference when off-market opportunities come up that don't fit my criteria but might fit yours.

Now back to focusing on scaling deal flow and talking to more owners!
