Could someone please recommend an attorney that has knowledge of corporate medical practice laws in Indiana state?

I came across a medical practice in Indiana that mentioned that the buyer doesn't need to be a doctor as the practice has a collab agreement with a physician already. I thought only non-profit organizations are exempt from the corporate medical practice laws in the state of Indiana. So, I wanted to speak with somebody who has knowledge about it to confirm.
