Looking for fragmentation and concentration levels in corporate gifting industry. Margins seem to be fairly small, especially for new companies entering the industry. If any has any insight on this topic, that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Liam, margins are small if you commoditize your offering. Folks in this sector compete in three keys areas - Price, Turnaround and Uniqueness/Design Quality (reliability applies to all). I know it doesn't answer your question directly, but for instance, the fragmentation is often caused by quick turnaround times due to geographic constraints.

I own/operate a wood part manufacturing company that produces for this industry. Happy to open a dialogue – DM me.
