Jim, sorry I missed this - a few things that I'd point you towards - Keith Rabois' "how to operate" is a great crash course. You might want to look into EOS, since it sounds like you're likely in an "integrator" type seat - they also offer a bootcamp - redacted - connect with me on linkedin and I'm happy to share a few more with ya!
