CEO/COO Right-Hand – Acquisitions + Execution + Field Ops Bay Area | Full-Time | On-Site | Executive Track Who We Are: We’re building the leading emergency power and generator service company in Northern California. Through acquisition and organic growth, we now operate two high-performing businesses — OnPoint Generators (Seaside) and PowerGen Inc. (East Bay). We serve high-end residential and commercial clients who rely on power uptime. With 35+ employees and a lean, high-output leadership team, we’re in scale-up mode — solving real operational challenges while looking ahead to future M&A. The Role: We’re hiring a high-capacity, execution-first operator to work directly with the CEO and COO across the most critical areas of the business — starting with getting our installation division firing on all cylinders (permitting, scheduling, backlog, customer comms). This role blends hands-on field execution, process improvement, and strategic exposure. You’ll be a force-multiplier — solving urgent bottlenecks while helping us build a more scalable business. Future Path: GM, Chief of Staff, or leading a business we acquire. What You’ll Own (Initial Focus): - Drive install division efficiency – permitting, job closeouts, project flow - Build & manage operational systems – dashboards, SOPs, coordination tools - Lead cross-functional projects – wherever things break, you step in - Partner with COO on customer experience, systems and processes - Support CEO with M&A integration, tech stack, and business Who You Are: - 3–7 years experience in ops, field execution, construction tech, consulting, or engineering - You’ve owned real projects and delivered under pressure - Just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves in the field as you are working in the board room - Mechanically or technically inclined — can learn generator/construction workflows quickly - Obsessed with getting things done, not creating decks or waiting for direction - You’re looking for a leadership path — but want to earn it by executing Why This Role Is Rare: - Direct access to CEO/COO — and real input on decisions - Deep exposure to M&A, integrations, org design, and ops scaling - Clear runway to executive leadership or GM roles - You’ll be on the ground floor of a multi-site platform - Zero bureaucracy. Just smart, motivated people building a durable business Comp & Details: - Full-time, based in the Bay Area (Seaside or East Bay) - Competitive salary + performance-based upside - Expect to spend time both in the office and in the field - Company vehicle provided To Apply: Send your resume or LinkedIn to redacted Include 3 bullets on: - Something you’ve built or fixed, or elaborate on your mechanical/technical/electrical aptitude. - What you want to learn, accomplish, where you'll want to end up. - Why you’ll crush this role.
