Are there any Convertible Debt providers? Our company is based in the USA and we are about to acquire multiple companies in the tech space.

Looking for Seed Capital to cover our M&A transactional costs.

@redacted‌ - congrats on the next phase on your growth. As a prior VC/Startup lawyer, just wanted to flag for you that you can raise convertible debt. However, it is really going to be from a VC/PE investor. I have not seen many SMB bank lenders invest via convertible notes or SAFEs. I might be missing something with your structure question, however!
