Does anybody have recommendations for lenders for a conventional loan? Self-funded, partnered searchers seeking to acquire a business with $4 million EBITDA with sellers looking to roll 30% equity. Thanks in advance.

With $4M in EBITDA, you should have a wide range of non-recourse options depending on the FCF profile. There are traditonal banks who play at this level and non-bank lenders. Please send me an email I can send you a few names/contacts: redacted
