Hi All, If you are in the home services/contracting business, I'm curious how you've found answering services and if they are worth it or a hassle? I'm also starting to hear more about utilizing AI systems to answer inbound calls. Curious what the comfort level is out there for having an AI answer phones to schedule appointments/take messages/answer basic questions? The quality over the last 6 months has gotten remarkably good in some demos I have seen.
