We are looking for an attorney who can provide assistance with routine legal tasks to support our behavioral health rollup. We operate via an MSO structure and as such have over a dozen different legal entities. We have some cleanup to do and I'd like to standardize a few things across our entities. We already work with a Corporate M&A Firm on our acquisitions. I am looking for a lower-cost resource to help with the more routine legal tasks.
