Looking for recommendations for a contingency recruiter to identify and vet candidates for fractional COO/Plant Manager for a growing equipment manufacturer based in Phoenix area. Ideal candidate--grey-haired pro with record of turnaround of small light manufacturing facilities; tying together plant floor, sourcing, sales, installation and service. Hybrid role, six months to start, with about 5 days per month on site.
