Coming from IBanking, the commission you are asking for is unheard of at least in that world. Also, i don't think any database would capture all local businesses in every location. If you refer to public data, like CapIQ or Bloomberg, it's not very helpful for small businesses. I would suggest you be more clear of what your value proposition is. This site is filled with searchers who have done BIG BOY consulting, banking, and operating. If you think you have value to add and you want to charge a high fee, you need to elaborate more on your capabilities and sourcing methods.

the commission you are asking is very high. If you'd use a Lehman scale, that would make more sense
