Construction Specialty Sub-Contractor Businesses

We are looking at specialty sub-contrator businesses in the construction space, including HVAC, electrical contractors, solar EPCs, window/door contractors. Bret, I have some experience with trade contractors. Earlier this year I worked with two different transactions that we were able to successfully closed in this area. One was a commercial electrical contracting business and the other was a residential/commercial HVAC company.

There are some benefits to working in that area but there are some challenges to the transaction process as well. I would be happy to connect with you to discuss more in depth.
