Construction business for Luxury Water Features.

I have a contact who runs a design and build firm in Sedona, AZ. They primarily design and build water features and pools. The business owner is looking for a succession plan as he's in his 70s and has some personal issues holding him back. I do not have financial information yet.

They are only interested in selling to an individual who has construction experience.
