Connecting with UK Search

Hi everyone, Nice to meet you all. I have begun researching buy and build models and would like to connect with people operating in the space in the UK; in particular, searchers, investors (debt and equity), brokers and advisory service providers (lawyers/DD etc). Looking forward to chatting. A bit about me: - Chief Operating Officer of private equity-backed healthcare services company - Ex-founder, sold a business in 2022 - Spent many years at Reckitt Benckiser, in variety of commercial P&L ownership roles A few preliminary questions I'd be interested in learning more about: - Is there a UK-based community around this for in-person discussions? - Any recommendations on great brokers? Any buy side brokers? - Any views on independent sponsor market in the UK and key players? I'm currently splitting my time between Edinburgh, London and Oxford, open to meeting for coffee.
