Connecting with Investment Partners for a Live Deal

Hello Everyone, I'm actively exploring opportunities to acquire strong performing businesses in Australia in the manufacturing, engineering, construction, or trades industries. I come from an engineering and consulting background myself having designed and managed delivery of construction projects, and have developed and implemented cost reduction strategies. Currently I'm looking at a very exciting opportunity in Australia with strong EBITDA (>35% last 3 years), great revenue growth (>25% over the past 4 years, with current revenue at $13m), wide and loyal customer base, and with the strong likelihood that key existing personnel (Sales Manager) will stay on in the business. As well as the business above, there are other businesses that I am also actively assessing.
