I hope this is an acceptable platform on which to make this post. An advisor encouraged me recently to draft a job description for a mentor and put it out there. Perhaps you might know someone who fits this description and who may have interest in mentoring?

Here is the description:


Mentor Opportunity I am seeking a mentor who desires to advise a highly motivated and self-driven person keen on learning and growing, and willing to work hard. This mentor needs the following qualifications:

- Hospitality industry experience: Boutique Hotel / Resorts with non-traditional spaces - Start-up experience - Owner/CEO - Grew company into international operation - Military Vet - Career path represented a shift away from Military experience and training - Willing to brainstorm and strategize with me at lest once a quarter o This would include industry specific advice and information such as KPIs, improving capabilities as a CEO, company structure, and how to better utilize these tools in decision making o Long-term strategies for growth and improvement - Willing to hold me accountable for the goals set
