Concrete Installation Business in Dallas, TX - Seeking a Partner

I just bought out a partner and launched Clarity Concrete here in Allen, Texas (serving all of North Texas). We transitioned from being a roofing/GC/jack of all trades to specializing in concrete installation. I'd really like to get into the commercial and home foundation space and need a strategic partner to help us get there. We currently specialize in: • Residential concrete (driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations) • Commercial/warehouse floors • Stamped, colored, and decorative work • Quality work with clear communication and on-time performance Right now we’re brand new and have been actively marketing residentially. What we’re missing is someone strong on the growth side: sales, marketing, bidding, customer acquisition, and scaling the business. I’m looking for a strategic partner (not just an investor) who wants to help build this in the DFW concrete market.
