POSITION OVERVIEW As a Company President, you will lead a SunWorks operating company and own the P&L of a multimillion-dollar business from day 1. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the company and will work to grow your business organically and through M&A. You will leverage SunWorks’ value creation playbook and other resources that enable our businesses to reach their full potential. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & EXERIENCE Persistent, self-motivated, and able deliver results with limited supervision Effective leader capable of building and leading a winning team Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn financial and operational data into actionable strategic insights Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people from different professional and educational backgrounds Persistent in the face of temporary setbacks, relentlessly driven, and ambitious for yourself and your team Meaningful operations leadership experience in a “team of teams” environment (e.g., military, manufacturing, logistics, field services, etc.) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead all business functions and operations as the Company President Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility Hire and develop talent at all levels of the organization Oversee the implementation of a standardized ERP system and financial management tools Expand geographically through the development of new branches Partner with SunWorks’ investing team to assess, close, and on-board add-on acquisitions Maximize ROIC by growing revenue and operating profit COMPENSATION AND TIMING A competitive compensation package will be offered.
