I understand this topic might not be directly related to the group's primary focus, but I thought I'd ask in case there are any experts who could offer advice. I'm currently considering whether to invest in commercial real estate or continue purchasing residential rental properties. Would you be able to share your insights?

Many difference but let me get ball rolling with simple response and other than chime in. Key differences are financing and risk-return profile (use, concentration, lease term, yield).
