Hi everyone—I’m Andrew Metros, founder of Metros Operating Partners. I spent 11 years operating and growing a roughly $45 million international foodservice equipment distribution business. I’m now pursuing the acquisition of an established commercial kitchen services business. My focus includes commercial cooking equipment repair, refrigeration and ice-machine service, kitchen exhaust cleaning and grease trap servicing across the Northeast, including Delaware and Maryland. I intend to take an active, day-to-day leadership role, partnering with existing teams to build on what owners have created.
