Commercial Due Diligence Concept - Feedback Requested

I ran a search 6 years ago and bought a healthcare-focused marketing firm. Since then, we've really built ourselves into a "fractional marketing department" for healthcare / life sciences, particularly on the B2B side (med device, services like rev cycle, Saas).
Recently, we've had a number of large PE/VC-backed clients hire us to build their go-to-market strategy and then execute on the tactical implementation of the marketing / sales ops portions. We don't do sales and they all have had a sales leader in place already. I refer out the SDR work to another company I know and trust.
Generally, we're being brought in through one of two scenarios:
1. The company is in a capital raise and need a credible plan on how they'll grow their business post-investment. We build that plan with the agreement that my team will be brought on to execute part (or all) of the work.
2. The company finished the raise and needed a plan/execution to meet the goals that had been set by the investors.
That got me thinking there might be a similar interest in the search community - someone who could put together a GTM plan and then have a team to execute on the plan in a turnkey fashion.
Soliciting feedback - is this something that would be valuable to those of you searching / post-search? If not, please let me know, too. I've got thick skin and don't want to burn cycles on something that isn't useful.
Thanks!
