Commercial Construction Cross Silo Roll Up

My partner and I are creating a cross silo rollup in the commercial construction industry. This business will primarily be located in and around the Atlanta, GA area but will have capability and licensing to do work in multiple states. Both founding members have extensive experience running businesses and organizations completing scale commercial construction operations both domestically and internationally. The revenue and EBITDA numbers are an aggregate of the enterprise post-full acquisition. We are looking to raise $5M in exchange for 25% of the equity in the enterprise.
