I am new to searchfunder and I would like to know what is the average EBITDA multiple for which a commercial cleaning business sales for. 

I would appreciate if someone with experience in this industry could shed some light on this matter.

I feel the hard learned lessons of Charlie Munger's advise to pay a fair price for a great business is better than a great price for a fair business. I don't have additional insight on the multiple but see this playing out as ^Searchfunder member‌ mentioned above - if the business is higher quality and can stand on its own, it could easily merit a "higher than average" multiple...
