Comments and connections for Australian Permanent Equity search concept.

Morning All

Interested in hearing the community and from any Australian / Australian Market ready investors specifically who have strong opinions either way on the permanent equity / long hold approach as opposed to the classic searcher/PE approach.
I have set up to grow an SMB permanent equity platform here in Australia and am looking to partner with a panel of aligned investors who would be willing to assess investment in a strong, long term income stream from small/medium businesses in Australia. There are some great examples in the US (Permanent Equity, LEV etc.) and I've read the US based comments expressed in this forum over the last few years, so keen to hear thoughts from this community about an Australian venture.
