Let me know if you have any interest in the Nat Gas mineral space. I am active in the Pittsburgh market buying up prime undervalued minerals that have been drilled but not turned in line yet. Industry forecasts are that natgas is at an unsustainable low and will have to go up over the next year, some say even double in price. I am making money at the current levels, can't wait to see what will happen when prices of natgas increases. I network with and stay close to the drillers to make sure anything I acquire will be monetized and create royalty streams in the near term. Slowdown in the Permian basin will produce significantly less associated gas, byproduct of drilling for oil, which is good for my business model and investment thesis.
