We've had good luck with Elevations also. I've not used them, but consider talking to Live Oak Bank and First Internet Bank who are active with the ETA / search community if you're considering SBA.

We secured our SBA financing with Integrity Bank and Trust, which required us to set up a bank account with them as well. It's definitely a small-town bank with multiple locations across the Springs, but I don't feel like we're missing anything, and their customer service is fantastic. It truly has a small-town vibe, where I can email or text my business banker, and they'll respond promptly. I also have a secondary savings account with Live Oak Bank because I couldn't stand the OpEx funds just sitting there not earning interest. It's worked out well so far.
