We are looking for a US-based entrepreneurial Co-Founder & CEO to join as an Operating Partner and meaningful equity owner of an industrial AI software company with an established technology platform, developed IP, and products ready for commercialization. This is not a conventional executive hire and not an idea-stage startup. Significant founder capital, technical development, and domain expertise have already been invested. The core technology and products are built; the next phase is commercialization, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and building a scalable enterprise software business. The incoming Co-Founder & CEO will take primary responsibility for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, acquiring the first significant cohort of enterprise customers, refining positioning and pricing, building strategic partnerships, recruiting the commercial organization, and ultimately leading the company as it scales. We are particularly interested in experienced entrepreneurs, CEOs, Presidents, GMs, CROs, searchers, or senior commercial operators with backgrounds in B2B software, industrial technology, manufacturing, AI/data platforms, automation, digital transformation, or adjacent markets. The right person will be comfortable operating hands-on in the early stages, personally driving customer development and building the organization rather than inheriting one. This opportunity is structured for an owner-operator, not an employee. The successful candidate will receive meaningful founder-level equity, with the opportunity for additional investment participation and long-term value creation alongside the existing founder.
