We have a $700k Bistro/Delli in South Dakota under LOI. We have a total of 3 deals under LOI; the other 2 are in Denver for a total of $1.44M. We will be doing an SBA. (The other 2 are a cleaning company $600k and a childcare $140k). The Denver, CO eco-system already has a foundation of companies to aid in integrating the Denver companies. The board is seeking a capital partner for $144k, the terms can be negotiated.
