I'm looking for a 120k Loan w. a 50k revolver. Deal has 75k in EBITDA. Purchase price 150k.

I would contact the local community banks in the area. The smaller the bank the better. First ask them if they have a focus in small business lending, and if so, ask to speak to a lender. If not, ask them for a referral. A CDFI is also a good idea as already mentioned.

Everyone -- thanks!! I appreciate it... I hate wasting lender times, but it's a good deal with a 1.25m piece of real estate attached... so I'm thinking a local bank will be most interested!
