It's a very small loan amount, and there is a fixed cost for lenders to do any acquisition SBA loan, so therein lies the problem. I suggest looking for a CDFI in Colorado that offers small-balance SBA loans. If the business fits their mission (job retention, local economic development, etc.) that may be a good option.

I would contact the local community banks in the area. The smaller the bank the better. First ask them if they have a focus in small business lending, and if so, ask to speak to a lender. If not, ask them for a referral. A CDFI is also a good idea as already mentioned.
