Closing checklist

Hi all-
I'm about to go through my first closing, and I'm wondering if anyone has a checklist for closing items/documents.  I didn't find one in the Stanford Primer.  One of the law firms I'm talking to is asking for $25k to run the whole negotiation & closing process, or $5k for just the purchase agreement - which seems like the obvious answer is for me to handle most of the closing myself.
