Closing Attorney in California

Hi,

I'm looking for an attorney who can manage an SMB closing in southern California.

I can prepare the purchase agreement, the promissory note, and the seller's employment agreement. But I have not done a deal before in California, and I'm looking for an attorney who can review the docs and make sure that everything is "California compliant", prepare any California specific docs that may need to be drawn up, and also serve as a closing attorney on the deal.
