Chief of Staff Full-Time position targeting 18 months in duration (or longer if desired) PE-backed company -- Recently recapitalized a successful traditional search fund and positioned for significant acquisitive growth This position is based in the Southeast USA – which is a new growth region for our company Please fill out this questionnaire here if interested: redacted Background: • Botanical Designs is a leader in design, installation, and maintenance of living walls, moss walls, interior plant, exterior landscaping, and holiday décor for commercial clients. We are a B2B recurring revenue services company. See redacted redacted redacted – current branches are Seattle, Minneapolis, Denver with more on the way • PE-backed by Beach Point Capital with significant dry-powder for acquisitive growth • High-growth phase, with company looking to triple in size in the next 3 years, mainly through acquisition and scaling nationally. We need to add highly talented team members to support this growth. • Experienced executive team -- CEO and COO guided Botanical Designs through a successful traditional search fund operating phase, which returned strong returns to the original search investors o Achieved through both organic and M&A activities o Have acquired 4 companies to date • Direct mentorship from CEO and COO, including aspects of General Management, Tech-enablement of a recurring revenue services business, M&A evaluation and integration, Private Equity reporting and board meetings, and more. Accountabilities: • Support executive leadership team with special projects • Support integration of key acquisition in the Southeast by being on site full time • Participate in M&A through supporting evaluation and diligence of M&A targets • Support integration and implementation of tech-enablement systems (accounting system, SalesForce, MSFT 365, etc) to make the company more scalable • Path to regional leadership and general management Report to the Chief Operating Officer  Support CEO and CFO as well Requirements: • MBA or relevant work experience in industry, military, or equivalent • Interest in entrepreneurship and / or small business ownership in the future • Strong affinity for tech-enablement systems • Go-getter who can be hugely successful as both an Individual Contributor and a Leader Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, relocation assistance, Paid Time Off, and more After 12 months -- Path to Regional Leadership with P&L ownership, or introductions relevant to supporting candidate’s career elsewhere Please fill out this questionnaire here if interested: redacted
