We need to add highly talented team members to support this growth. • Experienced executive team -- CEO and COO guided Botanical Designs through a successful traditional search fund operating phase, which returned strong returns to the original search investors o Achieved through both organic and M&A activities o Have acquired 4 companies to date • Direct mentorship from CEO and COO, including aspects of General Management, Tech-enablement of a recurring revenue services business, M&A evaluation and integration, Private Equity reporting and board meetings, and more.
