Considering a purchase of an existing clinical lab/diagnostic services (e.g. Quest Diagnostics) franchise. Projected growth looks good at $468B byredactedCAGR of 6.9% during the forecast periodredactedand phlebotomists salaries are reasonable (similar to plumbers).

Unless I’m misunderstanding your business model, phlebotomists are only one of the lower level roles you’ll need to account for in running a CLIA lab. If you have a good sales team, my advice is to automate everything you can and watch those SLAs vs overtime pay for your med techs to deal with the backlog.
