Climate Investor Seeking Searchers under LOI

I am seeking to deploy more capital this year in searcher/independent sponsor deals that have a decarbonization or environmental angle to it. Over the last few years, I invested in residential HVAC companies that are selling energy efficient heat pumps, insulation companies that are making our homes more efficient (and comfortable), and commercial HVAC companies that are driving energy efficiency projects to name just a few. Other sectors that I will invest in include renewable energy, environmental services, grid infrastructure, and the circular economy (recycling/reuse/refurbishing). Really, any deal that will make this planet more sustainable. I am just as happy to be a passive LP as an active LP where the searcher can tap into my 15+ years of climate experience--both as an investor (SMB Climate, Amazon's Climate Pledge Fund) and operator (GM of $B refurbishing business, executive at 2 solar startups). I have also explored partnerships where I find a deal that is too small for SMB Climate to sponsor but would be a great company for a self-funded searcher (jointly submitted 2x LOIs where I was the anchor investor/board chair and searcher was CEO).
