Clients not responding?

Have sent several LOI's out to clients to fund said project. Have had several clients never replied back after client accepted LOI. Has this happened to anyone else. Also any tips to stop it from happening.

Anonymous - you will probably get engagement on this post if you can provide more context. Are you a Lender offering to fund Searchers deals and they don't respond? Please edit your post, as we don't allow anonymous comments.
