Your primary mission will be to master this advanced software to help us bid every possible job and transition our workflow into a new era of efficiency. The Ideal Candidate: A "Tech-Teacher" This role requires a unique personality. We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and possesses a "teacher quality" more than most. You will be responsible for: Bridging the Generational Gap: You must have the patience to work with veteran team members who have decades of field experience but may use "antiquated" digital methods. Knowledge Transfer: You will act as the translator, taking 40 years of boots-on-the-ground wisdom and teaching the system how to reflect that expertise. Empathetic Scaling: You'll help us phase out old processes with a supportive attitude, ensuring our transition to a true enterprise is smooth rather than disruptive. What You Will Do Master Advanced Software: Become an expert in B2W Estimate SaaS Enterprise Edition and Trimble Connect Business Premium. Drive Scaling Efforts: Build a robust estimating database to increase our bidding capacity. Professional Development: You will undergo Professional Implementation Services and B2W Estimate Internet Training to ensure you have the tools to succeed.
